Owned, on consignment, a customer's bottle, assigned to an event: you know who owns each bottle, where it stands and where it sits — three questions, three answers, never mixed up.

In the cellar
A register that writes itself
Goods-in, sale, breakage, tasting, bottling: every step writes its own line in the spirits register, straight away. Once approved nothing is erased — a correction is a reversing line.
Costs you can explain
Purchase price, fees, carriage, storage by time spent in the cellar: every line stays optional, and a missing cost says so instead of counting as zero.
An event from end to end
Design, preparation, delivery, review: forecast then negotiated then actual budget, reverse schedule, running order for the day, cost per guest.
Bulk by volume and strength
Casks and vats: every movement carries its volume and its strength, the position is calculated rather than overwritten, and bottling creates the batch and its bottles.
A provenance record to share
