Contract
The quote is frozen when issued. The contract is born from its acceptance, and an amendment adds without rewriting anything.
Measure
The measurement is calculated on the server as you type. Once signed, it is frozen and its quantities flow into the progress claim.
Invoice
The progress claim takes the cumulative total, deducts the retention and what has already been invoiced, then goes out as a QR invoice.

Labour, items, equipment, subcontracting: the unit price is calculated from the cost breakdown, and a price typed in by hand is traced.
Accurate progress claims
The cumulative total restated, the retention, what has already been invoiced. A negative period goes out as a credit note, an overrun is flagged without blocking.

QR payment slip in French, German and English, VAT frozen with the document, credit note and payment.
